• Transaction information: orders, payment method (we do not store full card numbers), shipping address, and order history.
• Seller business information: store name, catalogue, inventory, bank/payout details, and courier preferences.
• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, app version, pages viewed, and cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
• Communications: support tickets, reviews, chat messages between buyers and sellers, and survey responses.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your buyer or seller account and process orders and payouts.
• To facilitate delivery through our courier integration partners.
• To personalise product recommendations, search results, and marketing communications.
• To detect fraud, secure the Platform, and comply with applicable law, including tax and GST record-keeping.
• To provide customer support and resolve disputes between buyers and sellers.

3. Sharing of Information

We share data with sellers (to fulfil your order), logistics and courier partners, payment gateways and banking partners, and service providers who help us operate the Platform (hosting, analytics, SMS/email delivery). We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as required to comply with legal, accounting, or tax obligations (typically up to 8 years for transaction records under Indian law), after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

• Access, correct, or update your profile information from your account settings at any time.
• Request a copy of your data or request deletion of your account by writing to us.
• Opt out of promotional emails/SMS via the unsubscribe link or notification preferences.
