Seller Agreement

This Seller Agreement supplements our Terms of Service and applies to every business or individual ("Seller") that lists products for sale on seller.dukaanbuddy.com.

1. Onboarding

Sellers must complete KYC (identity, address, and bank account verification) and provide GSTIN details where applicable, per our GSTIN Policy, before listings go live.

2. Listing Standards

• Product titles, images, and descriptions must be accurate and not infringe third-party trademarks or copyrights.
• Pricing must be genuine — inflating MRP to show fake discounts is not permitted.
• Restricted categories (e.g. weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods) may never be listed.

3. Order Fulfilment

Sellers must confirm or reject orders within 24 hours and hand over packed orders to the designated courier partner within the SLA shown in the Seller Dashboard (typically 24–48 hours depending on plan).

4. Fees and Payouts

• Commission rates and payment gateway charges are as published on the Pricing page for the seller's plan.
• Payouts are released on the seller's chosen cycle (daily, weekly, or fortnightly) after the return window for a shipment has lapsed.
• DukaanBuddy may withhold payouts for orders under active fraud review or unresolved buyer disputes.

5. Returns and Refunds

Sellers agree to accept and process eligible returns as per the Return Policy and to cooperate with Buyer Protection claims investigations within the timelines communicated by our support team.

6. Courier Integration

Sellers may use DukaanBuddy's integrated courier network or a self-ship option where available. Delivery performance (on-time dispatch, RTO rate) factors into a seller's storefront rating.

7. Performance Standards

Sellers are expected to maintain a valid order defect rate, on-time shipping rate, and cancellation rate within thresholds published in Seller Academy. Repeated breaches may lead to reduced visibility, temporary suspension, or account termination.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with 15 days' written notice. DukaanBuddy may terminate immediately for fraud, repeated policy violations, or legal requirement. Outstanding payouts, net of pending liabilities, will be settled per the standard payout cycle.

9. Indemnity

Sellers agree to indemnify DukaanBuddy against claims arising from inaccurate listings, defective products, or violation of applicable law.
