Whether you're buying from a local store you know or discovering a new seller, shopping on DukaanBuddy follows the same simple flow. Here's exactly how it works, start to finish.
Finding what you're looking for
Browse by category — Electronics, Fashion, Home & Kitchen, Beauty, Sports, or Books — or search directly for a product. Every listing shows the seller's store name, so you always know who you're buying from.
Adding to cart and applying a coupon
Tap Add to Cart on any product, and adjust quantity from your cart page any time before checkout. If a seller is running a promotion, you'll see a coupon field in your cart — enter the code there to apply the discount before you pay.
Checking out
At checkout, pick a saved delivery address or add a new one, choose your payment method, and confirm your order. Save an address once and it's available for every future order — no need to retype it.
Tracking your order
Every order appears under Account → My Orders. Open any order to see its live status — confirmed, shipped, out for delivery, or delivered — synced directly from the courier. If you need to cancel, you generally can as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.
If something's not right
Eligible orders are covered by Buyer Protection — if an item doesn't arrive, arrives damaged, or is significantly different from the listing, you can report it from the order screen. For change-of-mind returns, check the category's return window in our Return Policy, then request a return directly from your order detail page.
