How loyalty points are earned
Loyalty points are credited automatically after each completed order — there's nothing to opt into or claim manually. Your running balance and tier progress are always visible under Account → Loyalty & Referrals.
Understanding tiers
Everyone starts at the Silver tier from their first order. Consistent purchases move you up to Gold, which unlocks better redemption value, and eventually to Platinum, our top tier for frequent shoppers with priority perks. There's no separate sign-up for tiers — they update automatically as you shop.
Finding and sharing your referral code
Every account gets its own unique referral code, visible under the Referrals section of your account. Share it with friends and family — when someone signs up and shops using your code, it's tracked automatically, and you can follow the outcome in your referral history.
Making the most of both programs
Because points accrue on every order regardless of size, there's no minimum spend to worry about — consistent shopping matters more than occasional large orders. And because your referral code doesn't expire, there's no rush; share it whenever it's natural, like when a friend asks where you bought something.
