DukaanBuddy has three seller plans — Starter, Growth, and Enterprise — and the right one usually comes down to two things: how many products you're listing, and how much your commission rate matters at your current order volume. Here's how they compare.
Starter — ₹999/month
Built for new sellers testing the waters. You get up to 50 products, 2 team members, 5GB of storage, basic analytics, email support, and a 7% commission per sale. If you're just getting your first listings live, this is the plan to start on — see our getting started guide for the full onboarding walkthrough.
Growth — ₹2,999/month (Most Popular)
For sellers who've moved past testing and are actively growing. Growth raises your product limit to 500, gives you 5 team members and 20GB of storage, unlocks advanced analytics and priority support, and adds custom promotions — plus your commission rate drops to 5%. For most sellers with a steady, expanding catalogue, this is where the numbers start working in your favour.
Enterprise — ₹7,999/month
Designed for large operations. Enterprise removes the product and team-member caps entirely, gives you 100GB of storage, full analytics, a dedicated account manager, API access, and the lowest commission rate at 3%. If you're running a high-volume catalogue, the lower commission alone can outweigh the higher monthly cost.
How to think about the trade-off
The core trade-off is fixed monthly cost versus commission rate. A higher plan costs more upfront but takes a smaller cut of every sale — so the plan that saves you the most money depends on your monthly revenue. As a rough rule of thumb: the more consistent revenue you're doing, the more a lower commission rate outweighs a higher subscription fee. If you're unsure, it's reasonable to start on Starter or Growth and track your payouts for a month before deciding whether to upgrade.
Switching plans later
You're not locked in — you can upgrade any time from Store Settings → Billing as your catalogue and order volume grow. There's no need to get it perfectly right on day one.
